| I posted a while back about a possible vacuum leak. Original post is here: La-Z-Link Like I said in the first post I've boost tested it and fixed all the leaks I can hear. After getting some replies I just tested it again at 7 PSI as recommended. pressure dropped ~1psi every 10 seconds. So it took about 30 seconds to get to 4psi. The only leak I could hear was a slight hiss at the dipstick tube. If I pushed it in, it would go away. My problem is still the same however. I've got a rough idle, and was wondering if there was anywhere there could be a leak that wouldn't be found on a standard boost leak test. I hear a hiss at the driver side rear of the intake manifold near the IACV/IAA however nothing during the leak test. This sound could be just air moving through the IACV I am guessing. I am still boosting okay. Power balance is fine, just low unstable vacuum. Any other ideas? I've done a 60k so most gaskets are new, plenum gasket is new, valve covers are new. I have yet to tear the IACV off and inspect it, is it possible to have an internal leak? Thanks in advance.
